Returns & Refunds
To request a return, contact galileaxjulaniesha@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your request. For damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, include photos where possible.
Contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not use a shipping label's sender address without confirmation. Where a product listing offers free returns, that offer will be honored.
For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, with their accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible. This requirement does not affect your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
Once the return has been assessed, we will email the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.
For cancellation requests, contact us as soon as possible. Orders already dispatched may need to follow the returns process. Nothing in this policy restricts any mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights that apply in your location.
